1Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the anw88 website accessible at anw88.app, including all sub-pages, services, games, tools, and features made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the anw88 registration process.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), used for placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other betting market available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or conditional balance credited to an Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to use the Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or director of anw88 or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by anw88 for breach of these Terms or for any form of fraudulent activity.
• You are not suffering from, or being treated for, a gambling addiction that a medical or clinical professional has advised you to abstain from gambling activities.

anw88 reserves the right to verify Player eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by anw88 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly in the event of any change. anw88 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by a Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify anw88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of Account security. anw88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

anw88 operates under an international gaming authority licence and is required to conduct identity verification checks in accordance with its licence obligations. You agree to submit KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — upon request by anw88. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

anw88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is RM5. All deposits are subject to processing and verification. anw88 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. anw88 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar period. Processing times vary by payment method. anw88 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a Player deposits in an alternative currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by anw88's payment processor at the time of the transaction. anw88 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.

5Betting Rules & Game Terms

By placing a Wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All Wagers placed are final and may not be cancelled, reversed, or amended once confirmed by the Platform, except where expressly permitted under specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game or sporting event, anw88 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Players' Wallets, or to declare results based on available data at the time of the incident, at anw88's sole discretion.
• Game outcomes in anw88 Casino and Slots are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer action, as applicable. anw88 does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes.
• In-play (live) sports Wagers are accepted subject to market availability and are final as confirmed on the Platform at the time of bet acceptance.
• anw88 reserves the right to limit maximum Wager amounts on any market or game at any time, at its sole discretion, including applying personal limits to specific Player Accounts without prior notice.
• Wagers placed on events in which a Player has a direct personal interest (e.g., a Player who is a participant in a sporting event) are prohibited and shall be voided.

6Bonuses & Promotions

anw88 may, from time to time, offer Bonus Funds, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance or derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Players using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, low-risk hedging across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of matched betting — will have bonuses voided and may have Accounts suspended.
• anw88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All promotions are subject to anw88's general Anti-Fraud and AML policies. Any indication of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion will result in the forfeit of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the anw88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether directly or through proxies, nominees, or third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers, access game information, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, glitch, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided and may be reclaimed from a Player's Wallet.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with Wagers placed on the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Making chargebacks or reversals through payment providers in bad faith after receiving gaming services from the Platform.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the anw88 Platform — including but not limited to the anw88 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of anw88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from anw88.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, anw88 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, regardless of cause.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game RTP estimates, odds, or promotional descriptions.
• Any loss arising from third-party payment processing delays, failures, or errors beyond anw88's reasonable control.

In jurisdictions that do not permit limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, anw88's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits anw88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10Responsible Gaming

anw88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to alert them after specified periods of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the self-exclusion period.

11Suspension & Termination

anw88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Actual or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Actual or suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Actual or suspected use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited at anw88's discretion after investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons not involving Player breach — such as a regulatory exit from a market — outstanding verified balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12Amendments to These Terms

anw88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, anw88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under anw88's international gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by anw88's licensing authority. Players may also contact anw88's customer support team at any time to escalate complaints through the Platform's internal complaints procedure.
